We currently ship to the following countries:

• Luxembourg
• Netherlands
• Germany

Shipping Costs

We use BPost for all shipments. Shipping costs are as follows:

Belgium:

• Flat rate: €5

France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany:

• Flat rate: €6.50

Delivery in all available countries is free for orders of €40 and above.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on BPost's processing and shipping schedules. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively via BPost.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
